On arrival: If you arrive intoxicated you will be refused access. Please don’t preload & spoil your day.

Antisocial behaviour will not be tolerated. Any person who behaves in this manner will be removed or handed over to the Police. We will not allow the concert to be spoilt by a minority.

Security – Prior to the ticket gate entry we are required to execute a full search of your accompanying bags, to ensure you are not in possession of Alcohol or other illegal items. Should these items be in your possession you may be refused access.

No pass out permitted

For Commercial vehicles it is a requirement of the driver/operator to ensure that there are no alcoholic beverages in the vehicle when entering the venue. A breach of this rule may result in denied access.

Alcohol -It should be noted that once you are ticketed onto our venue you will have access to an expanded & extensive network of Food & Beverage outlets. We are in the business of delivering a pleasurable experience & do not intend to have this spoilt by long lines of guests waiting for service.

Strictly no BYO alcohol & no glass can be brought into nor taken from the venue. This is a fully licensed event/venue with bar service available. Patrons must observe & adhere to the local licensing laws & responsible service of alcohol practices.

Anti Social Behaviour – Management reserves the right to refuse admission or to eject a ticket holder for behaviour likely to cause damage, injury, nuisance or annoyance or for failure to comply with reasonable requests. Intoxication, aggressive or ant-social behaviour is unacceptable & will result in ejection from the venue. Antisocial behaviour will not be tolerated. Any person who behaves in this manner will be removed or handed to the Police. We will not allow the concert to be spoilt by a minority.

No Glass allowed – No glass – this includes wine, glasses, jars, or any other containers or items made of glass.

The venue reserves the right to refuse entry if it is deemed necessary.

Cameras & Recording Devices – recording of stage performances using audio, video or photographic equipment is not permitted.

Point & shoot cameras are permitted but professional-standard cameras & video cameras are not. Unauthorized or prohibited photography may result in images being deleted by security staff. Media & professional photographers must arrange accreditation prior to the event.

We can’t judge beforehand if your camera will be deemed professional. It’s up to security staff on the day, and debate will not be entered into. The best option is to leave SLR cameras at home & bring a “point & shoot” camera instead. Generally, cameras with powerful zoom lenses or multiple lenses in a carry case are not allowed.

Weather – Please note we play rain or shine. You may bring wet weather protection such as ponchos & raincoats however umbrellas are not permitted.

Q: Do I need to purchase a ticket to the event?

A: Yes, tickets are only available through our trusted ticket website Ticketbooth. Door sales will be available unless sell out prior to event.

Q: Is this an all age’s event?

A. No, Hidden is a strictly 18+ event and proof of identification will be required on entry. Wristbands will be issues.

Q: Will I be able to leave once I enter the festival?

A. No there are strictly no pass outs at the festival.

Q: What are accepted forms of identification?

A. Valid/currently photo ID is required in the following:

– Photo Card – WA
– Hospitality Card – NZ

Q: What time do gates open and close?

A. Gates open 12pm and close at 10pm.

Q: Will cloak services be available?

A. Yes there will be cloak services at an extra charge.

Q: Is this event cashless?

A. No this event is not cashless, but we do encourage using pay pass at the bar for quicker transactions.

Q: Is there parking at the venue?

A. CCP parking available off Nelson Crescent.

Q: Where is the nearest public transport stop?

A. We recommend catching the train to Perth Stadium Train Station and walking across the footbridge.

Q: Is there a dress code?

A. Standard festival dress code applies, enclosed footwear must be worn.

Q: Will food be available?

A. Yes, there will be food vendors on site.
